What are your delivery fees?
Shipping is free for all orders above or equal to $100. For all orders below $100, a flat rate of $9.90 shipping will apply to all orders.
What provider do you use for delivery?
We use Australia Post eParcel service for all our deliveries.
How will i know if my order has been placed?
Once the order has been processed a confirmation email will be sent to you. This is usually within 24 hours. Please note that this may go into your junk/spam if you have not shopped with us online before.
How can i track my delivery?
When you purchase on eDozer Shop you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use this tracking number to track your order at Australia Posts website. You can also view the delivery status of your order in your online account in the My Account section.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 72 business hours of the order being placed. All delivery dates on eDozer Shop are estimates and will depend on your location, but most of the time the delivery takes 5-10 days
How do you manage orders with multiple items?
Unfortunately, we do not deliver partial orders on eDozer Shop yet. That means that we have to wait for all the items in your order to be available, to ship them.
Do deliveries require a signature?
Yes. In order to ensure the security of your order, a signature will be required for every delivery.
